By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, or completing a booking, You agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If You do not agree with any part of these Terms, You should refrain from using Our website or services.

For the purpose of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• “We,” “Us,” “Our” – Refers to NakshatraVilla, the owner and operator of this vacation home and its website.

• “You,” “Your,” “Guest,” “User” – Refers to any individual accessing the website, submitting inquiries, or making a booking.

• “Property” – Refers to the NakshatraVilla vacation home made available for stay.

• “Booking” – Refers to the confirmed reservation made by You to stay at the Property.

• “Services” – Refers to the website, booking system, communication channels, and all related offerings provided by Us.

• “Check-In / Check-Out” – Refers to the scheduled arrival and departure times defined for Guest stays.

 

Use of the Website

Acceptable Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes, such as:

• Submitting genuine inquiries

• Making legitimate bookings

• Communicating with Us for service-related needs

Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

Booking Terms

How Bookings Are Made

Bookings for the Property can be made through:

• The inquiry or booking form on Our website (https://www.nakshatravilla.com)

• Direct communication with Us via phone or email.

• A booking is treated as a request until confirmed by Us, through either email or phone call.

• NakshatraVilla reserve the right to choose phone call confirmation over email confirmation to their guest, which may be done under special circumstances.

Reservation Confirmation

A reservation is considered confirmed only when:

1. We verify the availability for Your selected dates, and

2. You complete the required payment as instructed (UPI / bank transfer).

3. You will receive a confirmation message once both steps are completed. Until then, the dates remain open for other guests.

Required Guest Information

To process and confirm Your stay, We require:

• Full Name

• Mobile Number

• Email ID

• Government Photo ID, with Address details (for Government ID verification)

• Number of guests (adults and children)

• Valid Passport for foreigner guest

• This information must be accurate and complete to ensure a smooth check-in experience

• Inability to provide above, shall result in denial or refusal of Booking

Pricing and Payments

Room/Villa Rates

The Property is offered on a per-night basis, with rates that may vary for weekdays, weekends, holidays, or seasonal periods. All pricing details provided to You at the time of inquiry or booking are considered accurate for that specific booking request.

Taxes (If Applicable)

If any government taxes or local levies become applicable, they will be added to the final booking amount and communicated to You before payment.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods for booking confirmation:

• UPI

• Bank Transfer

• Any additional method communicated directly by Us.

• We do NOT accept cash-on-arrival for booking confirmation.

Payment Timelines

A booking is secured only after payment is received.

• Payment must be completed within the time frame shared with You during the booking process.

• If payment is not received within the specified timeline, the dates may be released for other guests without prior notice.

 

Guest Responsibilities

Property Rules

• Guests must respect the Property, its furnishings, and amenities.

• Personal belongings should be handled responsibly; We are not liable for loss or theft.

• Personal safe is available at for personal belongings.

Conduct Requirements

• Guests must maintain decorum and avoid disturbing other visitors or neighbors.

• Illegal or inappropriate activities on the Property are strictly prohibited.

Liability for Damages

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the Property, furniture, or equipment during their stay.

• Costs for repairs or replacements will be deducted from the security deposit or billed separately if required.

Maximum Occupancy

• The maximum number of guests allowed is as per the booking details.

• Exceeding occupancy without prior approval is prohibited.

 

Property Access & Use

Use of Amenities

• Guests may use all amenities provided at the Property as per the guidelines shared at check-in.

• Misuse or neglect of facilities may result in charges or restricted access.

Restrictions

• Smoking is not allowed inside the villa.

• Loud music or disruptive behavior is prohibited.

• Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved in advance.

Compliance with Local Laws

• Guests must comply with all applicable laws and regulations during their stay.

• Any illegal activities or violations may lead to immediate termination of the stay without refund.

 

Liability & Disclaimers

Limitation of Our Liability

• NakshatraVilla and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Property or website.

• Our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid by the guest for the booking.

Responsibility for Personal Belongings

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during their stay.

• We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

Unforeseen Events (Force Majeure)

• We are not liable for failure to fulfill booking obligations due to circumstances beyond Our control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or other emergencies.

• Under such circumstances, rescheduling/ rebooking or other adjustments may be done by Us as applicable and based on circumstantial options.

 

Privacy

• We handle Your personal information in accordance with Our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

• By using Our services, You acknowledge that Your data will be processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

• We take reasonable steps to safeguard Your information, but cannot guarantee absolute security when data is transmitted over the Internet.

 

Third-Party Services

• Payments may be processed through third-party gateways (UPI, bank transfers) and are subject to their independent terms and privacy policies.

• Bookings may involve third-party platforms for confirmations or communications (e.g., Booking portals or aggregators).

• NakshatraVilla is not responsible for the practices or policies of these third-party providers. Users should review their respective terms before making transactions.

 

Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of NakshatraVilla or its licensors.

• Any disputes arising from the use of this website or services will first be attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion.

• If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

 

Miscellaneous Terms

• Children under age of 8 years are free for accommodation only, however meals/ snacks shall be charged as per predefined rates.

• Cooking in the kitchen is NOT allowed. Kitchen can be used for heating purpose only.

• Gates of NakshatraVilla shall remain closed between 11pm to 7am every day.

• As per governed rules of Monica Estate, the gates shall remain closed during the duration as mentioned and can be deterred for any given reason.

• Pets are allowed at NakshatraVilla; however, You are fully responsible for Your pet’s behavior, supervision, safety, hygiene, food, and any damage or disturbance caused to the property, staff, or other guests.

• Functions and Parties are NOT allowed at NakshatraVilla.

• Only guest as per the name list submitted during the booking shall be allowed inside NakshatraVilla.

• Guest are allowed for Visitors at NakshatraVilla, however the same can be allowed with prior notification only.
